Funeral Service for Mrs. Naomi Louise Higgs Foulkes, former wife of Sir Arthur Foulkes, Governor General, will be held on Thursday September 27, 2012, at 1:45p.m. at St. Francis
Xavier Cathedral, West Street. Officiating will be Fr. Noel Clarke. Cremation will follow.

Left to cherish her memory are: her former husband: His Excellency Sir Arthur Foulkes, Governor General; six sons: Brendan and Rosie, Dion and Emma, Leo, Michael and Jeanine, Joseph and Nadia, John and Keisha; three daughters: Julie and Prospero Herrera, Chantal Okpere, Lisa and Carl Bethel; twenty-six grandchildren: Natalia, Chynna, Omara, Leanne, Alexandria, Malcolm, Dion Jr., Erica, Prospero, Katrina, Janeille, Nicolas, Lenae, Alyxis, Alithia, Wilshire, Carlyle, Morganne, Michael Anthony, Michelle, Jamaal, D’Angelo, Ashley, Alaina, Kevin and Kevinesha; five great grandchildren: Noah, Lucas, Taylor, Clair and Isaac; nieces and nephews: Don Garcia, Derwin and Effie Higgs, Brian and Paulette Higgs, Godfrey and Linda Higgs, Nancy and Eric Deveaux, Denise Bethel, Daryl and Marva Butler, Emily and Milford Lockhart, Jerry and Georgette Butler, Christine Butler, Anthony and Michelle Butler and Louis and Angela Butler; other relatives and friends including: Gwendolyn and Maxwell Turner and Family, Venencia and Earl Thompson and Family, Betty and Samuel Hall and Family, Mary and Phillip Symonette and Family, Gizelle Fielder, Leonie Moultrie, Her Excellency Joan Lady Foulkes, Elma Davis and Family, The Darville Family, The Symonette Family, The Mitchell Family, The Sands Family, The Galanis Family, Keith and Winnie Dean, Dominique and Lee Johnson, Carlos and Chandra Foulkes, Kevin and Tanya Ingraham, The Most Reverend Patrick C. Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets, on Wednesday September 26, 2012, from 2:00p.m. until 4:30p.m and on Thursday September 27, 2012 from 10:30a.m. to 12:00noon.

There will be no viewing at the Church.
