Funeral Service for the Late Miriam Louise Dean, 82 years of #10 Beaufort Road, Stapledon Gardens, will be held on Friday August 16th, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Stapledon Gardens. Rev’d. Fr. Mark Lindsay-Fox assisted by Rev’d. Fr. Roderick Been and Rev’d. Fr. John Kabiga will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.

Louise is survived by: Four (4) Sons: Charles Thurston, Jr. Ray Thurston, Barry Thurston and Perry Thurston. Three (3) daughters: Rosemary Braynen, Elizabeth Hepburn and Joy Thurston; Grandchildren: Janet, Jamal, Ijanaya Thurston (USA), Shantera, Lynette, Charles, Amira, Tanisha, Mana and Charlessa Thurston, Tiffany Edgecombe (Adrian), Trystian Braynen (Thayer), Ramon Hepburn (Bernadette), Stacey Heitleband (Mitchell), Dr. Rhea Thurston-Colebrook (Tamal), Taurean, Taran, Travad, Rashan and Theodore Thurston, Craig Thurston (USA), Lauristine, Ruby, Princess, Karen, Perenisha, Asaneth, Perry, Jr., Malik, Mason and Taranique Thurston, Kirby Pratt and Jamil Gadson; Numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; Three (3) brothers: Frank Turner, Dr. Donald McCartney (Betty) of Florida, and Michael (Maggie) Turner; Three (3) sisters: Betty Pearce, Eloise Turner, and Jennimae Collie; Two (2) Sons-in-law: Anthony Braynen and Rudolph Hepburn; Two (2) Daughters-in-law: Deborah Thurston and Beth Thurston; One (1) Sister-in-law: Norma Dean; Numerous nieces and nephews including: Eugene, Jill, Denise, Julian, Larhoda, Linda, Selena, Jennifer, Gale, Renee, Donette, Dawn, Cindy, Theresa, Vernita Shirley, Nikia, Michael Jr., Vance, and Jeffrey, Omar and Vado. Special Mention: Mrs. Jacqueline Clarke (neighbor) who graciously assisted with the care of our mother (Sunday lunches) and whenever called upon in an emergency; and Mrs. Veronica Hamilton, Supervisor of the Yellow Elder Senior Citizens Home and her staff.

Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #32 Nassau Street on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 9:00 am. until service time.
