Funeral Service for the late Anna Patrice Miller-Elliott affectionately called “Ann”, age 67 years of Golden Gates #2, who died 1st January, 2013, will be held on Saturday, 12th January, 2013, at 9:45 a.m., at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Boyd Road. Officiating will be Monsignor Alfred Culmer. Interment follows in Tyler Street Cemetery. Left to cherish fond memories of her warm demeanor and beautiful smile is her husband: James Elliott; one (1) son: Sergeant Christopher Elliott of Her Majesty’s Prison; two (2) daughters: Diann Miller and Nikita Elliott-Gittens; one (1) sister: Maxine Pratt; one (1) son-in-law: Delton Miller; one (1) daughter-in-law: Ann Elliott; four (4) Stepchildren: Elvis and John Elliott, Cheryl Elliott-Ferguson and Sonia Elliott of West Palm Beach, Fl.; mother-in-law: Pauline Elliott; one sister-in-law: Opal Bastian; two (2) brothers-in-law: Henry Humes and Jervis Humes; twelve (12) grandchildren: Lorenzo Deveaux, Selina His-Aime of Washington D.C., Douglas Edey, Valentino Elliott, Princess Williams, Shantavia, Rashad and Ashanti Gittens, Jonathan, Nathan and Matthew Elliott, Roscoe Campbell; seven (7) great grandchildren: Justin, Ichaylicia, Khandice and Ashley Deveaux, Cynira His-Aime, Jade Edey and Dhontae Wright; nieces and nephews: Rosemary Gibbs, Nicolette Farrington, Wendera Miller, Sonovia Sands, Franklyn Miller Johnson, Rudolph Miller Jr., and Ellington ‘Ching’ Gilbert; numerous grandnieces and nephews, numerous relatives and friends including: Sharlene Fox, Curlene Farrington, Dorothy Strachan, Hazel Miller, Stephanie Bain, Sandra Christie, Monsignor Alfred Culmer, Deacon Gregory Taylor, Ingrid Evans, Her big sister and best friend Alice Dorsette, big brother Garnet Dorsette, Lurie Mackey and Family, Raymond and Winifred Murphy and Family, The Greenslade Family, The Braynen Family, Reggie Ferguson and Family, Cassie and Flo and Family, Tony Sands of Rock Sound, Eleuthera, St. Joseph’s Parish Family, The Sisters of the Monastery Convent, the Entire Apollo Court Golden Gates Family, and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets, on Friday from 10:00 a.m., to 6:00 p.m., Saturday at the church from 8:45 a.m., until service time.
