Cynthia Christina Penn, 41, a resident of Newbold Street, will be held at Prayer & Praise Assembly, Ragged Island Street, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Hubert Kemp. Interment follows in Old Trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road.
