Santana Theresa Brooks, age 65 of Polhemus Street, died at The Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, July 8th, 2013.
She is survived by her Children: Albert Martin, Julia, Nathaniel and Theodore Lightbourne and Jeffery Moss, Adopted Children; Jennifer and Cheryl Gaitor, Tanisha Fawkes, Athena Simmons and Garin Seymour; Sister: Judy Nixon Brothers: Kennith Rolle, Rodney Collie, Michael and Basil Darling and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
