Funeral Service for Michael James Munroe “Mahoney”, age 61 years, of Charles Vincent Street, will be held on Saturday May 25th, 2013 at11:00 a.m., at Trinity Full Gospel Baptist Church, Marshall Road. Officiating will be Bishop Elton Major. Interment will follow in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Joanna Rose-Mary Glass-Munroe; his sons: Jamal and Atario Munroe; his daughters: Tamikita and Maquesa Munroe; three grandsons: Patrick Nehemiah Rolle Jr., Javanno Leon Rolle and Macquez Alexander Porter; two granddaughters: Brendesha Joanna Darville and Quintessa Tanesha Strachan; one brother: Arlington Wring Sr., one sister: Gwendolyn Bain; two sons-in-law: Patrick Rolle Sr. and Quincy Strachan; brothers-in-law: Herbert and Edward Glass, Jimmy Allen, Leroy Bain, Dallas Ritchie, Edward Foster and Moses Madison; sisters-in-law: Pauline McCartney, Estine Glass, Virginia Allen, Angela Bain and Sherland Richie; nieces and nephews: Arlington Wring Jr., Sidney and Shannie McCartney, Tanya King, Nikita Woodside, Alize Moss, Vonshaw Lockhart, Devon Allen, Cassandra Miller, Orie and Jimeco Allen, Zaccheus Glass, Leroy Bain, Ochirado Laing, Kyra Ritchie, Herbert Simpson, Melissa Fowler, Lashonna, Cravaughn, Cordero and Yshekisa Glass; special relatives; family and friends: Edna and Samuel Hunter, Timothy, Kendal, Kenrid, Wayne and Michelle, Nurse Fredericka Munroe, Valarie and Edith Munroe, Marilyn Sands, Nancy Ambrose, Areba Ambrose, Joan Butler, Diane Thompson, Cecile Isadora, Donna, Torrence, Carolyn, Deidree and Bethsheba Munroe, Zilfa Williams, Elcine Major, Michelle and Elton Major, Adam Jr. Noel, Philip, James, Bernard, Keith, Arnold and William Munroe and James Ferguson, the entire Englerston family, Centreville Urban Renewal, PLP Centreville and Englerston Constituency Offices and many others too numerous to mention.
Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday May 24th, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the Church on Saturday May 25th, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
