Funeral Service for Police Reserve 163 Neville Taylor Sr., age 82 years, of Hill Crest Drive, Seven Hills, formerly of Barraterre, Exuma, will be held on Saturday October 26th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Metropolitan Baptist Church, Hay Street West. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. George Kelly assisted by Rev. Gregory Major, Rev. Shirley Evans and other ministers. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Solider Road.
Left to cherish his memories are his devoted and loving wife: Evangelist Ann Taylor; ten sons: Richard (Miami, Fl.), Sherlin, Charles, Neville (B. John), Whitney (Suk), Jeffery, Warren, Darron and Neville Taylor III and Joseph; eight daughters: Ann Taylor, Lissandra, Melissa Watkins, Francine Butler, Cora Ferguson, Monique and Lashan Taylor and Desiree Williams; one brother: Fred Taylor; two sisters: Hannah Taylor and Maydell Grant; two aunts: Doll and Laura; four sons-in-law: Garth Whylly, Charles Butler, Glen Ferguson and Raymond Williams; five daughters-in-law: Doris, Allysa, Vanessa, LaKeisha and Shan; forty-nine (49) grandchildren; twenty-six (26) great grands; three grandsons-in-law; one granddaughter-in-law; one niece-in-law; ten sisters-in-law: Willamae McKenzie (Barraterre, Exuma), Patricia Cartwright, Linda Roker, Doris Taylor, Carolyn, Leona and Barbara Rodgers, Hilda Saunders, Christine and Evangelist Eloise Major; eight brothers-in-law: Basil Smith, Wendel McKenzie(Barraterre, Exuma), George and Charles Rogers (Miami, Fl.), Thomas Dorsette (Hallandale, Fl.), Rev. Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday October 25th, 2013 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Saturday October 26th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
