Larry was born to the late Lewis A. and Rita Culmer on October 19, 1957
Passed away peacefully on August 26, 2013
Larry attended Willard Patton, T.G. Glover and then C.C. Sweeting Senior High School. After the completion of school Larry worked at the Nassau Beach Hotel and then at Water & Sewerage, where he worked for approximately 20 years before resigning in 1993.
