MR. RUSSELL E. FRANKS, JP, MBE, Stalwart Councilor age 75 years of #105 Muskat Close, Freeport, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau, New Providence died at the Rand Memorial Hospital, Freeport, Grand Bahama on Friday, August 1st , 2014.
He is survived by his wife: Helen Patricia Young-Franks; daughters: Roxanne Adina Franks and Dr. Russanne Jane Franks; sons: Jason Kinsale and Kirtland Jabar Franks; sisters: Ethlyn Stuart, Adina Gallagher and Ingrid Culmer; brothers: Dr. Kirtland Culmer, Dr. Leslie Culmer, Sanford Culmer, R.H. Culmer and Stuart Culmer; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
