Final rites and burial for Deacon Harold Kaiphus Cleare aged 70 years will be held on Saturday December 6, 2014 at St. Stephen’s Baptist Church Hatchet Bay Eleuthera at 11am. Officiating will be Pastor Lambert R. Farrington and Rev. M. Eric Johnson. Interment will be in the Public Cemetery Hatchet Bay Eleuthera.

He is survived by four daughters Faith Johnson, Tina Saunders, Tera Desir and Dadrie Smith. Two adopted daughters Betty Farrington and Beauty Hanna. Two sons Richard and Johnny Cleare. One adopted son Preston Evans. Four brothers Collins Roberts, Bradford, Clee and Timothy Cleare. Four sisters Wanda Roberts, Rosemary, Becky and Rosalyn Cleare. Four sons-in law Jimmy Johnson, Delano Saunders, Gary smith and Rodnell Desir. Two daughters-in-law Abigail and Dekota Cleare. Twenty-three grand-children Kendal, Waynette, Orichio, Tony, Tino, Shadera, Donte, Kendrick, Deangelo, Gino, Alison, Junior, Gary Jr., Anthony, Madlyn, Nomenika, Richard Jr., Chianna, Carlan, Mesha, Johnneko, Jada and Raven. Nine great-grand children. Three God-children Vernique, Monique and Arion. Numerous nieces and nephews including Shurlunda, Shaniqua, Sheikia, Shavonne, Marvin, Jason, Keino, Cleo, Yuwanda, Tyrowanda, Tyrone, Keisha, Shannie, Ciara, Collette, Collins Jr., Rick, Tavaris, Rochelle, Shavonne, Kim, Ferron and Elroy. Six sisters-in-law Rosalee McPhee, Bronell Percentie, Minister Naomi Fowler, Lydia Durham, Gwendolyn Holmes and Lashanda Roberts. Nine brothers-in-law Jackie, Richard, Victor Jr., William, Lionel and Maurice Percentie., John Smith, John Pinder and Junior Roberts. A host of other relatives and friends including Patsy Johnson and family, Carmetta, Gerelene and Shon Dean and family, descendants of Jenna and Alice Bethel, Agnes Farrington, Ethel Johnson, George Johnson, Midge, Star, Ursula, Lynden and Eureka, Deaconess Coral Pinder, Florence Scavella and family, Rev. Carl Pinder and family, Harvest Time church family, Edith Hanna and family, Rev. Claudius Bethel and family, Rev. The body will repose at the Chapel of the Saints Sweeting’s Colonial Mortuary and Crematorium Thursday from 12p.m to 6p.m and on Friday from 10a.m to 2p.m and on Saturday at the church until service time.
