Funeral Service For Charles Edward "Jessie" Rolle, 88 a resident of Tyler Street South and formerly of Old Bight, Cat Island will be held on Saturday December 20th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Wesley Methodist Church, Baillou Road and Chapel Street. Officiating will be Rev. Carla Culmer assisted by Deacon Ernest Miller Sr. Interment will follow in the Wesley Methodist Church Cemetery, West Street.
He is survived by his wife: Viola Rolle; daughters: Juliann Rolle and Cynthia Taylor; grandchildren: Donald, Donzel, Donjulie Aranha,Valdez, Theotis and Cynthera Taylor; great-grandchildren: Donald Jr., Donell, Donnette, Danavon, Dominica and Donisha Aranha, Dominique Bain, Shawn and Shernella Ferguson; brothers: Aurther and Jethro Rolle; sister: Annlee Rolle; son-in-law: Theophilus Taylor; brother-in-law: Kenneth Ward; sisters-in-law: Enid Saunders, Christina Ash, Diann Ward and Sataella Rolle; nieces: Elizabeth Miller, Audreymae Bain, Arigetta Rolle, Mavis Wilkerson, Denice Piotier, Candy Ward, Deborah Barry, Nathalie Saunders, Jill Saunders, Davina Carmacho, Nicole Pratt and Peaches Kemp; nephews: Bishop Lawrence Rolle, Quincy Ward, Alfred Rolle, Kenneth Hart, Wayde and Trevor Kemp, William Saunders and William Miller; other relatives and friends including: Rev. Carla Culmer and the Wesley Methodist Church family, Dr, Lavardo Roberts, staff of Male Medical I & II, Dr. Hunt Burrows, staff of Sandilands Rehabilitation Center, Apostle Paul J. and Maxine Butler and the Bahamas Fellowship family and the Tyler Street South family.
Friends may pay their last respects at Gateway Memorial Funeral Chapel/Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mount Royal Ave. and Talbot St. on Friday December 19th, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
