Words cannot express our gratitude to Vernie (Sandra) Davis, who spent the last several years as the primary caretaker for Cally and Harold, who was also quite ill for a while. Sandra has compassionately, lovingly and attentively took care of Cally and Harold without regard for her personal interests. Her friendship and unselfish dedication to caring for Cally’s every need undoubtedly helped to extend her life well beyond many persons’ expectations and she made her last days, months and years much more comfortable than they would otherwise have been. We love you Sandra and owe you a huge debt of gratitude. We look forward to your continued participation in our family as you continue to serve as Harold’s caretaker. Cally is also survived by a host of other relative and friends, all of whom we recognize and appreciate, but are too numerous to mention at this time.

Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #34a Nassau Street on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
