Funeral service for the late George Louis Cox, 78 yrs., a resident of #21 Smith Street, Chippingham, will be held at The Northside Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Dolphin Drive on Saturday 11th January, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Officiating will be Brother Carlton Wilkinson. Cremation follows.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 yrs: Dolly Cox; children: Brigetta Bridgewater (Llewellyn), Dale Estelhomme (Edmond), Carolyn Emile (Arnold), Vyvette Rolle (Ricardo), Georgina (Gigi) Panza, Garnell Cox, Mable Cox (Tayran), Stephanie Turnquest, Cloann Rolle (Deceased), Dwight (Patrice) Shamrock, Demetrius Cox (Francis, Steven & Lance Cox & Ulysess Cox (Deceased); brothers: Phillip & Arlington Cox, Wellington Cox (Deceased), Luther, Stanley & Gus Burrows (all Deceased); sister: Julie McIntosh; 35 grandchildren & 23 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Patricia Cox & Rosemarie Wilson; brothers-in-law: George & Godfrey Wilson; 4 grandsons-in-law; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends too numerous to mention including: The Wilson Family, The Cox Family, The McKay Family, Highland Park Congregation of Jehovah's Witness, Alice Forbes & Family, Brother James Lightbourne, Gretal & David Hanna & Family, the Chippingham Community, Joyce Coakley & Family, Madeline Wilson-Oliver & Family, Carlton Wilkinson & Cleora & Family & Joanna Young & Family.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-2:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday from 9-11:30 & at the Hall from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
