He is survived by his wife: Yvonne Coakley; sons: Theophilius, Travis and Rudolph Coakley and Ken Mullings; daughters: Sophia Moore, Bridgette Wright and Vanda Coakley; sisters: Carmel Gibson, Carretta Brown, Paula Mae Bowleg, Patricia Rolle and Sandra Coakley and numerous relatives and friends including; Sophia Sweeting, Patricia Beneby, Tyron Beneby and Sheniqua Fox.
Funeral Arrangement will be announced at a later date.
