Matthew Francis Higgs, 52
a resident of #34 West Dennis Court, will be held at Gospel Light Baptist Church, Cowpen Road & Gospel Light Way, on Saturday 15th March, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Perry R. Cunningham, assisted by Elder Tony Pratt. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
Left to cherish his fond memories and celebrate his life are: five brothers: Bernard (JC), Barry, Edmund, Victor & Paul Higgs; two sisters-in- law: Gaynell and Daniella Higgs; eleven nieces & nephews: Paulette, Alphaneak, Paul Jr., Laiquan, Shaquille, Lydia Blair, Carl, Jerome, De Shawn, Ikeem and Paige Johnson; thirteen grand nieces & nephews: Dymond, Geno Jr., Jabari, Miracle, Demarrinique, Delshawneak, Janya, Kanyai, Marcus, Deshawn, Lyiale, Keneyah and Jeremiah;

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, on Friday from 10-6:00 p.m. & on Saturday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
