Last rites for Hazel Sears aged 84 of Williams Town, Exuma will be held on Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Williams Town, Exuna. Officiating will be Rev’d Fr. Ethan O. J. Ferguson assisted by Rev’d Paulette M Cartwright and Catechist Gabriel Styles. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williams Town.
She is survived by Four Sons: Sidney, Harold Jr., Alphonzo and Leroy;
Two Daughters: Paulamae Gray and Genevie Turnquest, Two Stepsons: Nnamdi and Deangelo Cooper, Two Sisters: Marilyn Rolle and Susan Smith; One Brother: Jeremiah Rolle;
Sisters-In-Law: Mazzie Bethel, Doris Rahming, and Lorana Sears;
One brother-in law: Lewis Sears. Four Daughters-in-law: Karen, Patrice, Stephaine and Gloria; Two Sons-in-law: Linton and Peter; Grandchildren: Tanya, Tyrone, Gaynor, Darcel, Hazel, Travis, Donovan, Zhivargo, Lynnlee, Linwood, Lavetta, Kamal, Damian, Shanara, Khriston, Khrishad, Shantia, Cornesha, Fontasia, Deandre, Deka, La’Chea, Leroy Jr., Latisha. Numerous Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews and numerous other relatives and friends including Catechist Gabriel and Margaret Styles, Father Ethan Ferguson and Rev. Paulette Cartwright, Remelda Gray, Cora Gray, Susan Jolly, Patricia Dorsett, Keturah Fox, Denise Styles, Lu, Adline and Ena Rolle, the nurses and staff of the George Town Clinic, Dr. Eugene Gray, Cleola ‘Goldie’ Whylly, Harriet Archer, the communities of Mount Thompson and Williams Town.
The body will repose at Curtis Memorial Mortuary, Ramsey Exuma on Saturday from
1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M and at the church on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
