Last rites Viola Vernita Beckford aged 85 of White’s Addition off Kemp Road will be held on Sunday at Cooper’s Terrace Highway Cathedral Church of God. Officiating will be Bishop Robert Mcphee Assisted by Other Ministers Interment in The Church’s Cemetery, Cooper’s Terrace
She is survived by her ten children: Kenneth and Clyde Beckford, Gloria, Joann and Cheryl Beckford, Paulamae Brice, Deborah Moxey, Beulah Arthur, Judy Gardiner and Claudine Thurston. Sisters Mildred Newry and Bernie Bowe of Atlanta Georgia Brothers: Wilton Bain of Macon Georgia, Gustaveous Bain Jr. of Miami Florida and (Cleavert Bain pre-deceased) Grand-children: Rev. The body will repose at Curtis Memorial Mortuary, Robinson Road and Fifth Street on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. and at the church on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until service time
