Funeral Service for Mr. James Ivanhoe “Jimbo” Markland, age 69 years, a resident of Hibiscus Street, will be held on Sunday April, 5th 2015, 2:00 p.m., at Johnson Park Seventh Day Adventist Church, Johnson Park. Officiating will be Pastor Eric D. Clarke, Assisted by Pastor Barrington Brennen and other Elders. Interment will be made in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F Kennedy Drive and Gladstone Road.
James was predeceased by his son Mario Markland.
Cherished memories will forever linger in the hearts of his Mother: Runez Markland, his love for (20) years: Thelma Miller; Children: Jeremy Miller, Kaffian, James, Ivanhoe Jr, Shane, Benjamin and Alicia Marklend; Grandchildren: Garvineesh and Giovanni Sweeting, Dimario and Marasiya Markland, Kaymora Markland, Patrice and Patrick Wells Jr, Sareena Markland ; Brothers: Samuel and Leonard Markland; Sisters: Clara Rolle, Ruth Markland and Leona Sweeting, numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives too numerous to mention.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home & Crematorium, Robinson Road and First Street on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m and at the church on Sunday from 12:30p.m until service time.
