He is survived by his parents: Alfred and Paula Mae Delancy; Two (2) Sisters: Nae Delancy and Michelle Outten; Four (4) Brothers: Emelike & Michael Outten, Adrian & Jamaal Outten; Grand-parents: Hubert Storr and Mable Delancy; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other relatives and friends who will be listed at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements are being handled by Evergreen Mortuary located on Collins Ave & 5th Terrace.
