Funeral Service for Evangelist Watson Alexander Forbes age 66 of Plantol Street and formerly of Bottle Creek, Turks and Caicos Island will be held on Saturday August 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Messiah Baptist Church, Palm Beach Street. Officiating will be Rev. Ivan Smith assisted by other Ministers. Cremation will follow.
Left to cherish fond memories are his son, Oneil Meadows Forbes; adopted daughter, Massian Meadows; three grandchildren, Oneil Jr., Oneicia, and Jermaine; One brother, Renford Forbes(deceased); One adopted granddaughter, Tyisha Gray; Three God children, Timothy Gray, Deaconess Aluma Rahming, Inty Gray-Gibson; Three Aunts, Deaconess Gaynell Gray, Clamada and Cynthia Forbes; one Uncle, Van Forbes; four adopted brothers, James, Dennis, Lionel and Hudley Anderson; two adopted sisters, Thelma Anderson and Eloise Humes; Numerous relatives and friends including: Olga Meadows, Samuel Gray,Sheldon Gray and family, Teresene Gray and family, Doc Henfield, Robert and Donald Forbes, Morlene Forbes, Ronald and Flexie Jones, Wellington, Jason and Shanika Gray, Clifford Wilson, Valencia Mckinney, The Rahming Family, The Forbes Family, The Jones Family, Rev. Ivan Smith and the entire Messiah Baptist Church Family,the community of Plantol Street, Management and staff of New Oriental Laundry and all those too numerous to mention.
Viewing will be held in the Legacy Suite of Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mt. Royal Ave and Talbot Street on Friday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. to service time.
