Funeral Service for the late Winnifred Brown age 76 years of Marathon Estates and formerly of Cat Island will be held on Saturday, January 2nd, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Zion Baptist Church, East and Shirley Streets. Officiating will be Rev. T. G. Morrison assisted by Rev. Anthony A. Sampson, Other Associate Ministers, Deacons and Evangelists. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.

Precious memories will forever linger in the hearts of her four children: Pamela, Alvarez and Hugo Brown and Meredith Brown- Farrow; daughters: Olive Gaitor and Patricia Cooper; son: Prince Brown; Two Sisters: Melvese Hepburn and Marie Cleare of Kendall Florida; One Aunt: Sadie Curtis; Daughter in law: Princess Brown; Sons in Law: Jeffery Cooper and  Nevlon Gaitor; Nieces: Donalee Hepburn, Glendia Alexis, Janet Hall, Karen Edgcombe, Linda Burrows, Stephanie Rahming, Angela Boyd and La Carver Cleare; Nephews: Drexel and Marvin Hepburn, Julian Cleare, Jermaine Cleare and Kenneth Edgecombe; Grandchildren: Judah and Jaiyden Farrow, Kenya Gaitor-Ferguson, Kareem Gaitor, Dexter Cooper, Jermaine Cooper and Jessie Cooper Watson, Alex, Prince Jr., Christopher and Quinton Brown; Sister in Law: Miriam Brown; Caregiver: Janet Crankston; Numerous grandnieces & grandnephews and other relatives and friends including: the descendants of Ethel Demeritte, Iva Hepburn, Lucene Cleare and Geneva Gardiner, Charles Mackey, Gwendolyn King. Bishop Albert Hepburn, Rev. Henry Innis, Fannie Cleare, Rowena Hepburn, Rose King, Reuben “Junior” McKenzie, Wellington and Vincent Brown, Cora Gibson, Etherlee Gibson, Mrs. Bowe and the extended families of the Brown, Hepburn, Cleare, Rolle, McKenzie, Curtis, and King families  of Cat Island.  

Viewing will be held in the Serenity Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Road on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m and at the Church on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until service time.
