Princess “Princee” Ruth Grant-Butler

Funeral Service for Princess Ruth “Princee” Grant-Butler, age 81 years, of Petersfield Road, Highbury Park, will be held at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Shirley and Church Streets on Friday February 20th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Canon Crosley Walkine assisted by Rev. Fr. Lynden Douglas. Interment will follow in the Eastern Cemetery, Dowdeswell Street.
She will be fondly remembered and missed by those who loved her children: Jerome Butler, Jonathan Butler and Dr. Faith Butler-Cleare; grandchildren: Jason Higgs; Danielle Butler; Kristophor and Tishana (Rolle) Higgs; Bently Higgs, Rhyn and Brittney (Bullard) Higgs; great-grand children: Monique and Desarae Carter; Saniqua and Amarie Plummer; Khayleb and Khaynan Higgs and Rhyn Kyrie Higgs; son-in-law: Thomas “Mtumwa” Cleare; step-sons: Samuel, David and Andrew Butler and their families; sister: Hilda “Goldie” Rolle; nieces and nephews: Ricardo, Standford, Sharlene and Joel Knowles; Shavonne Davis, Geoffrey, Alonzo, Keith and Derek Rolle; Suzanne Rolle-Wright and Sophia Archer; Clarice Butler, Denise Butler-Docemo, Valarie Osbourne, Dr. Raleigh Butler Jr., Claudette Butler, Hon.
