Funeral service for the late Ella Sweeting Larrimore-Thurston age 87 years, of Hard Rock Alley and formerly of Dumfries, Cat Island, who died on 11th February, 2015, will be held on Saturday, 28th February, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at Believer’s Gospel Chapel, Trinidad Avenue, Prince Charles Drive. Officiating will be Pastor Roderick Rolle, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in the Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads. Left to Cherish lasting memories of Ms. Ella are; her Daughters: Fredricka Minnis, Evang. Elouise Major, Roslyn Sweeting and Christine Farrington; Stepdaughter: Paula Thurston; Adopted Daughter: Donna Rolle; (Doramae Farrington and Kenneth ‘Monkey Man’ Stuart – both deceased); Grandchildren: Tera, Chantel, Rochelle, Barbara, Charmaine, Tiffany, Monique, Shantee, Denise, Antoinette Minnis, Lakeisha, Allantia, Loretta, Anna, Miriam, Gina and Gregory Major Jr., Wendell, John, Kevin and Herbie; Twenty-four Great Grandchildren including; Kavina Rolle, Kirkeisha Bridgewater, Vernell Huyler and Randeisha Peterson; Three Great-Great Grandchildren including; K’nardia Sands; Sister: Marguerite Williams of Freeport, Grand Bahama; Brother: Ulric Armbrister; Nieces: Shelly Miller, Beverly Brown, Elaine Williams, Ingrid, Linda, Michelle; Nephews: Ulric Jr., Tony and Philip Williams, Ricky Armbrister; Son-in-law: Rev. Gregory Major Sr., Sister-in-law: Mizpah Armbrister and family; Cousins: Paula Romer, Isaac Hepburn and Joe; Numerous Relatives and Friends including: Dr. Sandra Knowles and Family, Anthony Newbold and Family, The Rt. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street, off Market and East Streets, on Friday from 10:00 a.m., until 6:00 p.m., then, on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m., until service time.
