Funeral Service for Mr. Ronald Newbold, age 70 years, a resident of Primrose Avenue, Garden Hills II and formerly of Orange Creek, Cat Island will be held on Thursday February, 26th 2015, 11:00 a.m., Wesley Methodist Church, Baillou Hill Road. Officiating will be Rev’d. L. Carla R. Culmer assisted by Deacon Earnest Miller Sr. Interment will be made in The Southern Cemetery, Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.
Left to remember him are his 10 children: Lynden, Ronald, Antoine and Toriano Newbold, Ronald and Randy Duncombe, Patricia Demeritte, Gwendolyn Rahming, Margo Jacques and Michelle Saunders; 1 Son-in-Law: Elijah Rahming; 3 Daughters-in-Law: Tanya, Daphne and Natalie Newbold; 20 grandchildren: David Rahming, Davanech Jacques, Patika McIntosh, Ryan Duncombe, Robyn Duncombe, Nikada Newbold, Haley Newbold, Lynden Newbold Jr., Sheen Newbold, Enrique Newbold, Rondavia Newbold, Ronardo Newbold, Ronesha Newbold, Deveron Newbold, Ronald Newbold Jr., Siedah Demeritte, Brittany Demeritte, Breann Rahming, Taimak Saunders, Keanu Saunders; 6 great-grandchildren; 8 Brothers: Reynold, Leonard, Garnet, Nelson, Freddie, Edward and Cecil Newbold and Dwayne Butler; 5 Sisters: Roselyn Marshall, Alice Stuart, Emily, Ann and Denise Newbold; 1 Aunt: Levada Larrimore; 3 Cousins: Christine McPhee, Janet Larrimore from Texas, Josephine Webb from Georgia.
Other relatives and friends including: Wilfred Hepburn of Arthur’s Town, Cat Island, Gloria Newbold & Family, Ida & Family, Patricia Burrows & family and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home & Crematorium, Robinson Road and First Street on Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
