Funeral Service for Mr Harrison Eleazor Bannister, age 74 years, a resident of The Bluff, Cat Island will be held on Saturday, January 3rd, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Zion Baptist Church, East and Shirley Streets. Officiating will be Rev’d T.G. Morrison assisted by Rev’d Anthony A. Sampson and other ministers of the gospel. Interment will be made in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.

Fond memories of Harrison will forever linger in the hearts of his wife: Mispah Bannister; Two Sons Harrison Bannister Jr, Eddison Bannister (Deceased) & Lionel Bodie; Eight Daughters: Patricia, Daphne, Christine, Brenda, Theresa, Glenda, Loretta and Tamika. Two Son in laws: Kirklyn and Tyrone; Twenty-Eight Grandchildren: Milagro, Tony, Brandon, Ameail, Dominique, Cindy, Zaria, Calvin, Nelson jr, Angel, Patrick, Eddisha, Cameron, Angel, Asia, Alesha, Devin, Mericle, Melargo, Demegro, Deamany , Glanecia, Lashinka, Laqulle , Tamika, Trinity, Jethro and Le-vae; Four Great grandchildren: Laquan, Ka-Many, Isreal, Calvin; Three Sisters: Rowena Hepburn of The Bluff Cat Island, Virnetta and Ophelia Bannister of Rock Sound Eleuthera. Numerous nieces and Nephews including Lucille and Mark Aiello, Anna and Ronald Horton, Christopher and Monique Leary, Grace Hall, Elizabeth Jones, Glen Leary, Police WR/SSgt 480 , Emma Hepburn, Richard Butler, Milton Hepburn, Athena, Sharmaine Alday, Sheena Bain, Natasha and Lynden Farrington; Grand Nieces and Grand Nephews: Jason, Jamaal, Michael and Shonell McPhee, Shakara, Travis, Latesha, Deron, Derica, Tamika, Franco, Shavanti and Bodie Longe, Anton, Janae ,Shiana, Ashkuel, Stanley Webb, Alexis, Lanair, Police constable 3588 Alexander Bullard, Pedro Bullard, Navanta’ Bain, Tashika, Dashan, Glenroy, Lynden, Lionel and Lynette Farrington, Johnneica, Sunnetra, Nicole, Serbrina, Tarquin, Erica, Alesha, Tarquin, Sabrina, Johnnecia, CJ, Johnathan, Jordan, Aldion, Michael, Emmanuel. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home & Crematorium, Robinson Road and First Street on Friday from 12:00 noon to 6:00p.m and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m until service time.
