Funeral Service for Mr. Vincent DePaul “Pope” Simons, age 88 years, a resident of #13B Virginia Street and will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2015, 2:00 p.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Boyd Road. Officiating will be Monsignor Alfred Culmer and other ministers of the gospel. Interment will be made in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
Fond memories of Vincent will forever linger in the hearts of his three Sons: Phillip, Michael & Stephen Simons; One Daughter: Annette McHardy; One Adopted Daughter: Jessica Knowles; One Sister: Josephine Simons; One Son- In – Law: Ralph McHardy; Grand Children: Santo Carlos Simons Albury, Tameco, Omar, Ryan McHardy and Felicia Latoya Simons; Three Great Grand: Michael, Ashantae & Breanna; One Brother-In–Law: Valentine Grimes; Six Nieces: Brenda Cleare, Barbara Bellot, Francis Dean, Detrich Neely, Vera Cleare and Naomi Dean; Six Nephews: Basil Cleare, Paul Turner, Ricardo & Brian Dean, Michal Neely and Eddie Bethel; Six Grand Nieces: Arlene Bethel, Allison Sawyer, Marsha Fowler, Mitzi Johnson, De’Andrea Neely and Latoya Armbrister; Seven Grand Nephews: Dion and Denard Cleare, Patrick Fowler, Miguel Neely, George Wilson, Derek Johnson and Kenyatta Armbrister Numerous Great Grand Nieces and Nephews;
