Funeral service for Mrs. Prudence Geneva Martin, age 89 years of Martin Town, Eight Mile Rock will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m at Community Holiness Church, Martin Town Eight Mile Rock. Officiating will be Pastor Carlton Gardiner, assisted by Rev. Alan Strachan. Interment will follow in Harbour West Cemetery, Eight Mile Rock.
She is survived by her children: James (Veronique “Nicky”) Martin, Deidre Martin, Howard “H.A.” (Gretchen) Martin, Ruby “Ginger” (Alan) Strachan, Prisca (Keith) Taylor, Shirlyn “Shorie” and Superintendent of Police Michael Brathwaite; grandchildren: Sancia (George) Palmer, Melissa (Sean) Adderley, Twyla (Nemiah III) Johnson, Miquisa, Gretique, Justin (Ciera) and Henry-Arnold (Eltonique) Martin, Astaire (Lisa) and Angel Strachan, Kellen (Krystal) and Keitra Taylor, Michaela, Michael Jr., Andrew and Zoe Brathwaite and Travis Russell; great grandchildren: Justyce Palmer, Clayton, Nemiah IV, and Tristan Johnson, Koi, Zoe and Ace Adderley, Jai and Aria Martin, Amari Garland, Astaire Strachan Jr., Khloe Taylor, Kyle Saunders II., Jaylen Hill, Emory Lockhart, and Taniya Missick; sister: Mary Storr; brothers: Glenville, Wilton, and Clarence Bartlett; sisters-in-law: Sharon and Dora Bartlett, Patricia Daley, Rejoina and Dorothy Martin; brothers-in-law: Rev.
