Funeral Service for the Late Vincent Edward “Skeeta” Collins, aged 75 years of Okra Hill, will be held on Saturday, November 14th, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, East Shirley Street. Fr. Crosley Walkine and Archdeacon James Palacious will officiate. Interment will follow in the church’s cemetery.
Vincent ‘Skeeter’ Collins is survived by his loving Brothers: Ted and Colin Collins; Sister-in-law: Ruth Collins; Nieces: Brodine Collins Jenkins of Fort Lauderdale; Michelle Collins of Freeport, Grand Bahama; Michelle Lee of Palm Beach, Techkia Collins, Karen Wayde of Jacksonville, Florida, Denise Collins, Sandy Collins of Fort Lauderdale and Bridgette Price of Miami, Florida; Nephew: George Collins; numerous Grand-nieces and nephews including: Ashley Collins of Washington, District of Colombia. Other relatives and friends including: Mrs. Stella Nicholls, Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling and family, Hon. Arthur D. Hanna and family, Rt. Hon. Perry G. Christie and family, Hon. Obie Wilchcombe and family, Mr. Bradley Roberts and family, Charlie Major and family, Felix Bowe and family, Leslie Ryan and family, Bradley Demeritte and family, Irrington “Minky” Isaacs and family, Claudelle Evans and family and the Okra Hill family, Patricia T. Friends may pay their last respects at the Sir Lynden Pindling Centre (PLP Headquarters), Farrington Road, on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
