A memorial service for Alicia Maria Valerio Stockdale, 80 yrs., a resident of Bel Air Estates, Carmichael Road & formerly of Grand Turk, will be held at Christ the King, Anglican Church, Ridgeland Park West, on Saturday, September 5th, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Officiating will be Canon Curtis Robinson. Funeral service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Grand Turk on Saturday 12th September, 2015. Interment follows in the Church Cemetery.
Left to cherish her memories are her 4 children: Betty Smith Forbes RN, MPH of Weston Fl; Leon H Smith, Attorney of Law, of Nassau, Bahamas; Barrington C Smith, CPA, of Nassau Bahamas; Lois Smith Jones, Human Resource Management, Fort Lauderdale Fl; 7 sisters, Audrey Ellis Baker, Carmen Ellis Robinson, Dorothy Smith Clarke, Ellen Coalbrooke, Teresa Valerio, Griselda Ogburn, and Anna Corina Valerio; 2 brothers: Joseph Smith and Elroy Coalbrooke; 2 aunts: Ivy Selver Miller and Kathleen Lanoix;
1 uncle: James Selver; 10 grandchildren, 4 great grand children & a host of relatives too numerous to mention.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 12:00 noon until service time.
