Funeral Service for the late MATRIARCH LEANNA ROLLE age 95 years of Victoria Blvd., East Street and formerly of Rolle Town, Exuma will be held on Saturday, August 13th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Zion South Beach Baptist Church, Zion Blvd South Beach. Officiating will be Bishop B. Wenith Davis assisted by Rev. Joseph Strachan. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Cherished memories will forever linger in the hearts of her 6 daughters: Isadora, Firstina, Jessie, Martha, Minerva and Thelma; 2 adopted daughters: Marsha Smith and Sandra Ferguson. 8 sons: Rudolph, Gerald, Nigel, Johnathan, Joshua, Maxwell, Isaac and Enoch. 1 son in law: Alan Saunders; 3 daughters in law: Betty, Fiona, Mizpah and Jancy Rolle.1 sister: Ruth Hamilton (Calford) 1 brother: John Rolle (Barbara). 58 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends including : Keturah Ferguson, Maxine Curling, Berylmae Micklewhite, Mrs. Hynah Major and family, Maria Curtis and family, The children of the late Rev. E.J. Rolle, The children of the late Mrs. Keva Rolle, The children of the late Rev. Cephas Rolle, The children of the late Florence Rolle, the children of the late Cleomi Reiou, The children of the late Edroy Rolle, The children of the late Rev. George Strachan, The children of the late Amos Dames, The children of the late Kenneth Dames, The children of the late Ellen Walkes, Mrs Zillah Rolle and family, Mrs. Marion Rolle and family, The entire community of Rolle Town, Hartswell and Georgetown Exuma and many others too numerous to mention.
Viewing will be held in the Perpetual Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and at the church on Saturday from 8:30 am until service time.
