Avis Sands age 79 years of Taylor Street died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, February 5th, 2016.
She is survived by her sons: Whitney Sands, Supt. Michael and Neil Brathwaite; daughters: Delores Simms, Marva Storr and Patrice Brathwaite; sister: Juliette Mackey; brothers: Gracion Sands, Rudolph, James, Edward and John McSweeney; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
