Rosanell Laing-Bethel

Mrs. Rosanell Laing- Bethel age 78 years, a resident of Malibu Reef, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau will be held on Saturday 13th, February 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne’s Anglican Church, Fox Hill Road North. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Hugh Bartlett Jr. assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will be made in the Church Cemetery.
Precious memories will forever linger in the hearts of her: one son: Leon Roosevelt Cooper Jr.; two daughters: Karen Cooper- Burton and Ingrid Cooper–Brooks. two sons-in-law: Dr. Maurice Brooks and Sgt. First Class Earl Burton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; six grand-children: Shanika Douglas, Levardo Blyden, Miguel Cartwright, Xavier Cartwright, Garbrielle Cartwright and Brittney Cooper; six great grand-children: Alicia Miller, Jordan Blyden, Tahj Blyden, Ricardo Douglas, Alaya Douglas and Myilya Cartwright; two adopted sons: James Brown and Elder Leslie Brown; two adopted daughters: Patrice Baillou and Anastasia Forbes; two aunts: Abigail Rolle and Army Munnings of High Rock, Grand Bahama; two nieces: Arilinda and Ariminda Thompson; three nephews: Hezekiah, Regginald and Eddison Thompson. Other relatives and friends include: New Providence: Ricardo Douglas, Vincent Woodside, Peter Rolle, Melonie Sherman and Family, Fredrick Wallace and Family, the Brown Family, the Sherman Family, Rudolph and Elvira Douglas, Samuel Carey, Donald Cartwright, Deirdre Maycock, Marilyn Wilson and Family, Sis. Romer and the Family of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Grand Bahama: Leyland “Kojak” and Bev Laing, Beryl Bridgewater, Ishmael Laing, Philton Laing, Ozzie Laing, Merryl Laing, Lucille Woodside, Linda Dorsette, Gloria Thomas, Anette Stuart-Johnson, James and Lois Kelly, Princess Roberts, Emily Bevans and Claire Laing and a host of other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home and Crematorium Ltd. Robinson and Baillou Hill Roads on Friday from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
