Faycita ““Mammy” & “Sugar”” Sheila King

Funeral service for the late Faycita Sheila King aged 70 years, affectionately called, “Mammy” & “Sugar”, of Cowpen Road West and formerly of New Bight, Cat Island, who died on 10th February, 2016, will be held on Sunday, 21st February, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., at Good News Seventh Day Adventist Church, Flamingo Gardens. Officiating will be Pastor Lynden Williams, assisted by Pastor Andrew Brown and other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums, John F. Kenney Drive & Gladstone Road. Left to cherish her memories are her: Children: Donald and Ramona Owens, Sheila Carey and Bradford McKenzie; Grandchildren: Faycita Owens, Deandra Adderley, Lynden Carey, Lamont Rahming, Devanda Adderley, Lucander McIntosh, Donald Owens Jr., Asha McKenzie, Luquanyeldo Owens, Alphonique Farquharson, Donnell Owens, Ishmael McKenzie, Bradiya McKenzie, Brinajja McKenzie, Cornelia Taylor and Kenrick Kemp; Great-grand children: Quincy Stuart, Maria, Dwanya, Cameron, Genesis, Daysha, P.J., Jacari, Rhon, Ishmael Jr., Isaac, Winton and Chercorie; Daughters-in law: Effie Owens and Zaviera Anoush McKenzie; Step Children: Teresa, Charles, Valerie, Patricia, Lynden, Lisa, Dellaresse, Shirley, Benjamin and Obie; Step Grand-Children: Shaquille Wisdom and Ameka Thomas; Brothers-in-law: Harold Garfield King of New York and Charles Dormie King; Sisters-in-law: Daisy Rolle, Beverley King and Rose Major; Nephews: Michael, Zechariah and Stephen Rolle; Nieces: Cheryl, Patricia and Eula; Other Relatives and Friends including: Milcah, Julia Bain and Family, Susie and Family, Henry McKinney, Judy Alleyne, Gloria Brown, Lucy Woodside and Family, Tan, ‘Bula” King, Tanis Geriles, Miriam Gedeon, Kendalle and Dwayne Deveaux, Torshai Newbold, The Good News Church especially, Sisters: Softly, Culmer, Wallace, Joseph, Mackey and Brothers Moncur and Frankie Brown, The Johnson Family, Gaitor Family, Dorsette Family, Cleare Family, McDonald Family, McCoy Family, Hart Family, Seaview Adventist Church Family, The Church of God of Prophecy Healing and Deliverance Ministry, The Fox Hill, Cowpen Road and Cat Island Communities, The Executive Team and Entire Staff at the Princess Margaret Hospital, Doctors Keith Rivers and Theresa Gonzales and Many others too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday at the church from 12:30 p.m., until service.
