A funeral service for the late Mr. William (Billy) Edward Lowe, O.B.E., age 83 of Ocean Club Estates, Paradise Island, The Bahamas, who died peacefully at his residence, on Sunday, 14th February, 2016, will be held at Shirley Heights Gospel Chapel, Mount Royal Avenue, Nassau, on Friday, 19th February, 2016 at 3:30 p.m.
Dr. Sam Mikhael assisted by Mr. Steven Key will officiate and interment will follow in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, East Shirley Street, Nassau.
Mr. Lowe was predeceased by his father, Morril Lowe; mother, Daisy Lowe; wife, Sheila Lowe; son, Jeffrey Lowe; brother, Ray Lowe and sister, Audrey Robert.
He is survived by his wife, Minerva Lowe; sons, Bruce and Paul Lowe; daughters, Valerie and Dianna Lowe and Patricia Mikhael; grandsons, Wayne, Andrew and Tommy Lowe; great grandsons, Evan Smith; granddaughters, Sheila Smith, Sarah and Alyssa Lowe and Annie Mikhael; brothers, Steve and Danny Lowe; sisters, Eleanor Bethel and Kay Forsythe; son-in-law, Sam Mikhael; daughters-in-law, Eve Lowe, Shann Lowe, Heather Lowe and Dita Lowe; grandson-in-law, Tim Smith; brothers-in-law, Kevin Forsythe, Wallace McDonald, Walter Sweeting and Martha Roberts and many other relatives and close friends.
In lieu the family request that donations be sent to Teen Scenes Camp Ministries, P.O. Box N. 7504, Nassau, Royal Bank of Canada account # 5715-1221779, in memory of Mr. William (Billy) Edward Lowe.
