He is survived by his :Wife; Prescola Penn :Sons ;Sebastian , Fabien , Shane , Alivio , Johnathan & Andrew Penn: Daughters; Judy , Alva ,Janet , Veronica ,April , Paulette , Kenya , Latoya , Landa , Toya , Keisha , & Sanovia Penn: Sisters; Williamae Willis , Witlane Smith & Gertude Russell :Brother ;Earnest Penn ; numerous grandchildren ,nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends who will be listed on a later date.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Evergreen Mortuary, Collins Ave. & 5th Terrace.
