Funeral Service for the Late Gloria Mae Finley (nee Johnson), aged 80 years of Sea Beach Estate, West Bay Street, and formerly of James Cistern, Eleuthera, who died on Monday, January 4th, 2016, will be held on Saturday, January 16th, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at Ebenezer Methodist Church, Shirley Street. Rev. Dr. Terry Carty assisted by Rev. Dr. Godfrey Bethel will officiate. Interment will follow in the church’s cemetery.
Gloria-Mae would be missed by all of whom she came in contact with and now leave behind to celebrate her legacy are her children; One Daughter Michelle Finley-Ryan, two Sons: Chester and Lawrence Finley Jr.; Grand Children: Gia and Bengy Cartwright, Tariq Finley, Mardia Lethoy Powell, Ashley Tara and Torrence Kilpartrick, Jade-Marty Powell, Sahra Diamond Powell, Qsevn Finley, Nathalia and Nathan Finley; Great-Grandchildren: Liam Finley and Reya Cartwright; Sons-in-law: Martin Powell, Derek Ryan and Brother Kirk Edward Johnson (predeceased); her one and only sibling: Margaret Johnson-Rolle; One Aunt: Rita Johnson; Nieces: Kathleen Johnson, Surrell Dixon, Michelle Finley-Sands, Nicole Dixon, Jennifer, Shavonne, Terez,Rosa, Yvette Johnson, Kimberly McKinney-Rolle, Patrice McKinney, Shiniqua Curry, Winstonique and Khristian Cailinh Johnson; Nephews: Edward, Michael and Derek Johnson, Steve and Nelson McKinney, Berkley and Sammy Finley, Kadeem and Dexter Dixon, Prescott, Benjamin and Terrell Johnson, Bradley Bosfield and Lionel J. Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #44 Nassau Street, on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
