She is survived by her son: Mario A. Neilly; daughters: Rachel D. Neilly, Kimberley and Brathwaite, Jenna T. Neilly and Shandia A. Saunders; sisters: Jessie L. Hinsey and Joan L. Carey; brothers: Donald K. and Brian D. Carey; and other relatives and friends.
