Funeral service for the Late Mr. Kenneth Duncombe Strachan age 81yrs of Quintine Alley off Wulff Road, Nassau will be held on Sunday June 5th, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Grants Town Seventh Day Adventist Church, Wellington Street, Nassau. Officiating is Pastor Mark Ewen assisted by other Elders of the church. Cremation will follow.
Lasting memories are held by his Wife: Loretha Ferguson Duncombe; Son: Roosevelt Strachan-Clark-Duncombe-Brown; Daughters: Monique Duncombe & Felecia Ricardo; Eighteen Step-Children; Nine Grandchildren; Sister: Sylvean Brown; Brother: Ray Strachan; Brothers-in-law: Utel Brown, Cardinal Edwards, Benjamis Rolle & Jacob Armbrister; Sisters-in-law: Virginia Walkine, Mineva Edwards, Jennie Mae Rolle, Madeline Pratt & Stacy Strachan; Ten Nieces including: Princess Moss & Sylvalean Strachan; Five Nephews including: Glenroy Strachan & Hartman Strachan; Twenty-four Grandnieces including: Sharon Newbold, Marilyn Cleare & Helena Strachan; Thirty Grandnephews and a host of other relatives and friends including: Sidney, Evangelist Benjamin Strachan, The Fox Hill Community, Porter Department of the Princess Margaret Hospital and the Doctors & Nurses of Male Medical Ward #2.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Thursday 2nd June, 2016 at Rock of Ages Funeral Chapel located Wulff Road and Pinedale Street from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sunday at the church from 2:00 p.m. until service time.
