Funeral service for Santiago “Jimmy” Perez, age 71 years, of Blair Estates, formerly of Soria, Spain, will be held on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church, Montrose Ave. Officiating will be the Venerable G. Kingsley Knowles assisted by Rev’d Fr. Scott Brennen. Interment will follow in the Eastern Cemetery, Dowdeswell Street.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife: Magdalene Perez; children: Ana Maria Knowles and Miguel Perez; grandchildren: Patrick and Amalia Knowles and Alejandro Robles; son-in-law: Rodney Knowles; daughter-in-law: Alejandra Rosete; siblings: Celedonia, Josefa and Jose Luis Perez; brothers-in-law: Antonio Gutierrez, Ubaldo Gonzalez, David Moree and Leslie Smith; sisters-in-law: Shirley and Irene Moree, Betty Smith, Linda Moree and Kathryn Moree; nieces and nephews: Paul and Rebecca, Michelle and Alan, Anita and Dwayne, Sheena, Geoffrey, Richard and Karen, Dave and Star, Mike, Ronnie, Feliz Jose, Ubaldo and Ana, Jose Luis and Patricia; grand nieces and nephews: Paul Jr. and China, Brandon and Amanda, Kristyn, Zach and Hailey, Drew and Kristian, Madalyn and Mason, Melissa, Jill and Kyle, Rachel, Nicolas and Bosco, Rodrigo; other relatives and special friends including: Stan and Audrey, Jesus, Pedro and Carmen, Robert and Virgil, Brenda, Dennis, Glen, Kim, “Buena Vista” Family, Gretal, Dolly, Faustino and Luisa, Lorenzo and Pilar, Alfredo, Judy and Family, Denise and Family, Astrid and Family, Family of Eric and Carl Knowles, the Knowles Family, the Cartwright Family, Joseph Moree and Family, Randolph Knowles and Family, Mrs. Ivy Burrows, Mrs. Betty Knowles, Sandra Treco, May, Evelyn, Floyd and Family, Wilson, Dave, Luis, Paco, Celso, Luigi, Felice, the Venerable G. Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets, on Friday March 18, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Saturday March 19, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
