He is survived by his daughter: Lynn Lowe; sister: Judy Roberts; brothers: Nigel, Larry and Eugene Lowe; nieces: Jenny Bethel, Julie Smith, Lise Albury, Breanna Pinder, Michelle Pinder, Kelly Lowe, Diana Lowe, Valarie Albury, Sacha Weatherford and Tanya Cartwright; nephews: Traj, Jason, Matthew and Joshua Lowe, Cordell Roberts, Steven Lowe, Joel Roberts, Jenson and Jason Pinder; grandchildren: Kadyn and Skylar Pinder and Angel Smith; and other relatives and friends;
