A funeral service for the late Mrs. Betty Barbara Russell, age 83 of Windsor Estates, Nassau, The Bahamas, who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital, Shirley Street, Nassau, on Monday, 22nd August, 2016, will be held at Calvary Bible Church, Collins Avenue, Nassau, on Saturday, 3rd September, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
Pastor Roland Bryan, Pastor Tommy Albury, Pastor Robert Elliot and Pastor Vaughn Cash will officiate and interment will follow in Eastern Cemetery, Dowdeswell Street, Nassau.
She was predeceased by her son, Gregory Russell; brothers, Jeffrey Johnson, Douglas Johnson, Charles Johnson, Freddie Johnson; sisters, Ruth Carey, Dolly Johnson, Essie Austin and Myrtle Bukowski.
She is survived by her sons, David and Ray Russell; grandsons, Travis Harding and Alex Russell; granddaughters, Donna Russell; brothers, Hesketh Johnson, Donald Johnson and Terry Johnson; nieces, Margaret Murray, Deidrea Evans, Kelly Morgan, Sharon Aldridge, Tanya Johnson, Donna McCauley, Patty Johnson, Michelle Johnson, Tracey Goldfarb and Cheryl Newell; nephews, Timothy Austin, Steve Austin, Kenny Bukowski, Anton Johnson, John Johnson, Gary Johnson, Reggie Carey, Randy Johnson, James Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Timothy Johnson; daughters-in-law: Franckline Russell and Betty Russell; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Johnson, Rosemary Johnson, Dawn Johnson, Maggie (and Robert) Sweeting and Nettie (and Gar) Davis; other relatives and friends including Jim Bradley, Connie Rolle, Rosie Thrower, Gayle Whymns, Celia Laraque, Shirley and Clement Foster, Tillman Bethel, Staff of City Markets and Ladies of Bible Study of Calvary Bible Church.
