Lucille Small Bassett, 48
a resident of Washington Street, Mt. Vernon, will be held at Grace Community Church, Palmetto Village, on Saturday 22nd April, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Sr. Pastor Emeritus, Dr. Rex Major, assisted by Sr. Pastor Lyall Bethel. Interment follows in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier road.
