VEOLAMAE MERILYN ROLLE WEIR-THOMPSON, 73
affectionately known as (Nodie/Ola)
and a resident of #117A Kitchener Ave, Freeport and formerly of Mangrove Cay, South Andros, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, 19th August, 2017 at First Baptist Church, Columbus Drive and Nansen Ave. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Keith Russell. Interment will follow in the Grand Bahama Memorial Park #2, Frobisher Drive.
MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at First Baptist Church tonight at 7:00 p.m.
Cherished memories are held by her children: Flora Delica (Henry) Clarke, Donald (Lavelle) Weir, Brain (Maggurita) Newbold, Meriam (Ree) Newbold, Kevin Bastian, Clara (Raymond) Pinder, Kathy Legerme, Charles and James Thompson; grandchildren: Domengo, Donta, Dawn, Javon, Oswaldo, Britisha, Brain Jr., Bardon, Breon, Kevin, Katrina, Kensisha, Donta, Michael, Raynique, Levi (Ray Ray) and Devon; great grandchildren: Jeneya, M’akai, Keshanna, Jacobe and Jalisa; sisters: Rev. Merian Roberts J.P., Paul Alatimies (Libby) Duncombe; brothers: Peter, David and Horald Duncombe; adopted brothers: Sibrion Johnson and Min. Lorenzier McKenzie; sisters-in-law: Gwendln Duncombe, Jeanine Michel, Sylfise Similien, Sylvia Arisca, Carida Similien; brothers-in-law: Abraham Joseph, Wilfried and Nelson Michel and a host of other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Yager Funeral Home & Crematorium on Friday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
