He is survived by 1 Son: Celeto Eugene McKinney; 3 Sisters: Eula Rolle, Babara Horton and Glendina McKinney; 4 Brothers: Correctional Sargent Wellington McKinney, Varian, Hilton and Julian McKinney; 1 Brother-In-Law: Felix Rolle Sr.; 1 Uncle: Bishop Alfred Cooper; 2 Aunts: Edith Cooper and Mildred McKinney of The U.S.A.; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
