Funeral service for the late Livingston Timothy Culmer Jr. age 13 years of Damingo Heights, Winsted Ave. will be held on Saturday, February 4th, 2017 at 11:00 am at Miracle Working Church of God, Domingo Heights West. Officiating will be Chief Apostle Dr. Qubell Martin assisted by Rev. Dr. Jerline Martin. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
