Funeral service for the late Timothy Alvin Saunders affectionately called “Smart”, age 81 years of #60 Derby Road, Yellow Elder Gardens, and formerly of Staniard Creek, Andros, who died on 6th February, 2017, will be held on Saturday, 18th February, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at Lakeview Church of God, Bozene Town, off Tonique Williams-Darling Highway. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Lozier Roker, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road. He was pre-deceased by his parents Iceland and Rupert Saunders and his sister Alfreda Saunders. Left to cherish his memories are His Companion of 34 years: Vanessa Horton; Three Sons: Thilmann aka “Omar”, Jamar and Timothy Saunders; Two Daughters: Shavette and Timantha Saunders; Three Adopted Sons: Capt. Jason, Capt. Chris and Denizio Horton; Two Daughters-in- law: Jasmin and Elizabeth Saunders; Twenty-one Grandchildren: Trent, Tyler, Alia, Thilmann Jr., Thilise, Omar Saunders, Francis, Franecia, Tanaje’, Tonajah, Fantasia Gibson, Devontae Ferguson, Jamar Saunders Jr., Ratasja, Samantha, Demetrius, Timothy Saunders, Jayde, Christopher, Dinizia and Dinizio Horton; Seven Great-grand Children: Shaquel Smith, Randazzo, Donavan, D’Kyrie, Dazzo, Randia and Dazzanae Saunders; One Brother: Nat Saunders; Two Aunts: Catherina Hinzey and Lear O’Brian; Six Nieces: Patricia Saunders, Theresa Simms, Michelle Johnson, Sherelle Miller, Bridgette and Charmaine; Five Nephews: John, Ricky, Desmond and Keith Saunders.
