Funeral Service for Vera Patricia Ash, age 80 of the Geriatric Hospital and formerly of George Town, Exuma who died on January 9th 2017 will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Market Street. Officiating will be Rev. Diana Francis. Interment will follow in Old Trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road.
She is survived by her Three Sons: Rudolph Ward, Shawn and Kevon Newbold; One Daughter: Cheryl Jones-Wallace; Son in-law: Terrance Wallace; Daughter in-law: Ann Newbold; 14 Grandchildren: Tamika Johnson, Kemeletha, Octavias, Cardrawn and Tiffany Ferguson, Jamie Taylor, Sherese Ash, Germon and Jamal Collie, Thea Vera A. Friends may pay their last respects at East sunrise Mortuary, Baillou Hill Road & Cordeaux Avenue from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and again from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday and at the Church from 1 p.m. on Saturday until service time.
