He is survived by his mother: Tanya Gibson Reckley; father: Phillip “Buddy” Clare Sr.; grandmother: Jacqueline Gibson; grandfathers: Cyril Dean & Henry Clare Sr.; 5 brothers: Khristor, Phillip A., Phillip D., Kingsley & Tori K. Clare; 3 sisters: Woman Marine Anishka Bonaby, Phillippa Clare, Phylicia Clare; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
