He is survived by his father: Livingston Culmer Sr.; sisters: Livingdra and Lamika Culmer; brothers: Lavante and Laki Culmer; grandparents: Clarinda Albury, Sgt. 942 Horace Albury, Lucille Bethel and Herman Frazier; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
