Vincent Charles Hepburn of Delancy Street and formerly of Dumfries Cat Island, died on Monday, January 16, 2017.
He is survived by his children Norman & Celeste Hepburn, Rachael & Trevor Cartwright, grand-children; Travis, Raven, Shelia, and Bre’, 3 sisters: Grace Burrows, Alice Hunter and Eleanor Hepburn, 4 brothers; Isaac(of Miami, Fla.), Jeremiah, Samuel and Patrick Hepburn, one sister-in-law Bridgette Hepburn and his long time friend and companion Ann Fields of California and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
